The goal of the detailed video instructions provided with the purchase of the spreadsheet, is to teach you as if I was standing over your shoulder showing you exactly how the spreadsheet is designed to work.  Most questions that arise are answered in the video instructions.

Response Time:

It is my goal to respond to questions within a 24 hour period.  Although I cannot guarantee this time frame, you can be sure that your support request will be handled in a timely manner.

Our site's checkout process requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact customers in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification etc. Users have a choice of receiving future e-mails by signing up for the E-mail list.
